Our customers are looking for fresh, locally sourced shellfish grown with the highest standards in the industry.  The legacy of Niantic's shoreline includes a working waterfront with top of the line seafood, here at Niantic Bay Shellfish Farm we are working to keep that alive. Without coming to tour the farm in person it is challenging to fully grasp the full scope of what we do on a daily basis, here you can glimpse some of the stages and processes our oysters go through to arrive on your raw bar.
